Live from Sequoia!

We'll be coming to you remotely for the next couple weeks, live from the offices of Sequoia Capital in Menlo Park, CA.  The show format will also be a bit shorter than normal, with just the interview segment and a bit of commentary from Jason.  You'll still be able to interact via Twitter, so make sure all of your questions and ideas keep rolling in. This week's guest is Roelof Botha, from Sequoia Capital.  Botha is routinely ranked as one of the top deal makers in the tech world and has been part of some of the biggest deals to hit Silicon Valley.  Before joining Sequoia he was the CFO at Paypal and a consultant for McKinsey and Co.  Botha holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Actuarial Science, Economics, and Statistics from the University of Cape Town. This Week in Startups #14 with Garry Tan

We had a very special (and a bit shorter) episode this week, live from the offices of Sequoia Capital in Menlo Park, CA.  We were up doing the rehearsals with some of  the companies that will present at TechCrunch50 2009, and man, do they look great.  Hope you'll be there to see the launch of some of the most innovative and exciting companies ever. This Week in Startups #13 with Matt Mickiewicz

Jason's guest this week was Matt Mickiewicz, founder of Sitepoint.com and 99designs.  Matt has been an entrepreneur since high school, when he founded what was the precursor to Sitepoint.  Check out the entire episode to find out how he brought it all together and has become one of the most successful young entrepreneurs, without most people even knowing it.
