- Founder and CTO of Service Metrics delivered real-time information on expected and actual performance of their customer’s complex web sites and environments and also pioneered the Application Performance Management (APM) space.

Jason, Oh, as an early-wave GenXer, I so feel your pain in listening to your show with Neil. Equally, I study generational theory, work with Neil Howe, whose written many a book on the subject, and would so love to hook you up with an author interview!
