Jason's guest today is Joe Essenfeld, CEO of LocalBacon, one of the finalists from TechCrunch50 2009. LocalBacon is a job posting site that turns the traditional model on its head - instead of charging companies for posting, it charges job seekers to apply (a nominal $1 fee). The goal is to weed out the "blast" emails that people send to any job they see posted and help the most qualified candidates rise to the top. There's also mandatory feedback, so applicants can see what the hiring company thought of them to help tailor their future applications better.

This is a silly thing, but yes the first time you went over the top with the "insights from Tyler" jingle, but I think you have gone too far the other way. I would love to see you go with the full theme the first time and then after that go with the cut down theme.
