Jason's guest this week is Matt Mickiewicz, Founder and CEO of one of the most innovative sites on the web, 99designs. If you're not familiar with it, 99designs allows you to crowdsource your artwork - putting up a project and a bounty that designers then compete for. It's a great service (and in fact, the TWiST logo was designed in a 99designs contest). Tune in Friday @ 1pm for Matt's interview to see how he came up with the idea and made it happen.
